MedGenome has announced a majority investment in Gujarat-based pathology laboratory chain Green Cross Genetics Lab.
Green Cross has been operating for over 30 years and currently runs 17 laboratories and 35 collection centres across Gujarat. The facilities operate under the supervision of senior experts focused on precision and reliability. The company was founded by Vinod Patel and is led by a team of experienced pathologists and medical professionals. The promoters will continue to lead the business as it enters its next growth phase.
MedGenome operates South Asia’s largest CAP-accredited end-to-end multiomics laboratory and uses in-house developed AI and machine learning-enabled analysis pipelines to support clinicians with data-driven genetic insights for diagnosing and treating complex diseases.
