Medanta has announced the appointment of Dr. Shalini Tyagi as Director, Paediatric Care at its Noida unit. The appointment marks a step in Medanta’s efforts to strengthen its paediatric super-specialty services and expand access to care for children in the National Capital Region, bringing expertise closer to residents of Noida.
With over two decades of clinical experience, Dr. Tyagi brings expertise in paediatrics with a focus on paediatric pulmonology. Her clinical work has been centred on the diagnosis and management of respiratory conditions in children. She has worked on improving outcomes for paediatric patients with respiratory conditions.

Dr. Tyagi completed her MBBS from B.J. Medical College, followed by an MD in Pediatrics from NHL Medical College and a DNB in Pediatrics from National Board of Examinations, New Delhi. Over the course of her career, she has contributed to academic programmes, physician training initiatives, and national conferences, particularly in paediatric pulmonology and allergy.
