Medikabazaar reports 57% Q1 growth, targets ₹3,000 crore topline in FY27 – Express Healthcare

Medikabazaar, a B2B healthcare supply chain platform, has reported 57 per cent year-on-year growth in the first quarter of FY 2026–27, while reaffirming its target of achieving a ₹3,000 crore topline and a 15-fold increase in EBITDA during the financial year.

The company reported a topline of ₹592 crore in Q1 FY 2026–27, driven by growth across its digital business, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare exports, strategic key accounts and technology-enabled procurement solutions.

Building on its performance in FY 2025–26, Medikabazaar said it is on track to achieve a ₹3,000 crore topline in FY 2026–27, representing around 45 per cent growth over the previous financial year, while targeting a 15-fold increase in EBITDA. According to the company, the performance reflects its focus on profitable growth, operations and long-term value creation.

Commenting on the performance, Dinesh Lodha, Managing Director & Group CEO, Medikabazaar, said, “Our Q1 performance reflects the strength of our strategy and the disciplined execution across every business vertical. We have built a business that balances rapid growth with sustainable profitability while creating long-term value for customers, partners and investors. More importantly, we are creating an ecosystem that enables Indian healthcare manufacturers to scale faster across domestic and international markets. This gives us strong confidence in achieving our FY26–27 ambition of ₹3,000 crore topline with significantly enhanced profitability.”

The company said a key part of its growth strategy is the development of a 360-degree growth ecosystem for Indian healthcare manufacturers. The platform is designed to enable manufacturers to expand their market reach through an integrated go-to-market model instead of operating only as a distribution partner.

Over the coming months, Medikabazaar plans to establish more than 100 strategic OEM partnerships, with several operating under exclusive commercial arrangements. Through this ecosystem, manufacturers will have access to an end-to-end commercial platform to support expansion across domestic and international markets.

According to the company, the ecosystem includes a nationwide commercial network supported by more than 400 sales professionals serving hospitals, healthcare institutions and channel partners. It also includes its digital MedTech commerce platform, which provides manufacturers with online visibility, demand generation and procurement reach.

The company said its digital business continues to grow through its healthcare procurement platform, enabling customers to access a portfolio of products and services through a digital ecosystem. Medikabazaar added that it is strengthening its position as a procurement partner for healthcare institutions by simplifying sourcing and improving procurement processes.

The platform also includes a government business team focused on opportunities across central and state healthcare institutions, as well as an international business network with local teams across Africa, the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Southeast Asia and other markets. The company said it also provides integrated marketing, brand-building and demand generation capabilities for OEM partners.

According to Medikabazaar, this integrated platform enables manufacturers to use a single partner for domestic expansion, government business, digital commerce and international market development.

The company said it will continue investing in technology, supply chain infrastructure, customer experience and international expansion. It added that its AI-enabled procurement platform, healthcare solutions portfolio and presence across hospitals, diagnostic centres, clinics and healthcare institutions are supporting customer engagement and procurement efficiency.

Medikabazaar stated that its operating model remains focused on profitable growth, working capital optimisation, technology-led efficiency and customer-focused innovation. It added that, as healthcare procurement moves towards digital ecosystems, it will continue to focus on improving access to healthcare products across India and international markets.

The company said it enters the remainder of FY 2026–27 with an expanding customer base, business pipeline and continued investments across technology, supply chain and international operations.
