DIA announces virtual participation for MedTech Conclave 2025 – Express Healthcare

In response to strong interest for broader participation, the Drug Information Association (DIA) has introduced a virtual attendance option for the upcoming DIA MedTech Conclave 2025, scheduled for October 10–11 at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Gurgaon–Delhi Expressway.

This addition is designed to enhance accessibility and inclusivity, enabling professionals across India and beyond to engage meaningfully in the event. The virtual format also acknowledges important cultural observances such as Karva Chauth (October 10), as well as geographic considerations for participants from various regions, including South India.

Participants can now choose to join either in person or online, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to contribute to and benefit from this premier MedTech gathering.

Dr Ashok Kumar Swain, General Manager-DIA India said, We have received numerous requests from professionals across India and beyond who wished to be part of this important dialogue but were constrained by travel or timing. In the true spirit of collaboration, we are pleased to extend this opportunity virtually, ensuring wider participation in advancing India’s MedTech ecosystem.”

The inaugural DIA MedTech Conclave 2025, themed “MedTech Next: Innovate, Regulate, Elevate”, will convene regulators, industry leaders, innovators, and academia to deliberate on evolving areas such as regulatory pathways, clinical evidence generation, AI and digital health standards, quality and risk management, and cybersecurity in connected devices. The program will feature global and national experts alongside thought leaders from the MedTech industry and start-up ecosystem.
