ISIC Multispecialty Hospital appointed medical partner for New Delhi World Para Athletics Grand Prix 2026 – Express Healthcare

ISIC Multispecialty Hospital has been appointed the Official Medical Partner for the New Delhi World Para Athletics Grand Prix 2026 by the Paralympic Committee of India. The event is currently being held at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.

ISIC acknowledged the trust placed in the institution by the Paralympic Committee of India and recognised the committee’s role in supporting para-athletes across national and international platforms. According to the hospital, the collaboration represents a commitment to support the ecosystem for para sports in India.

The hospital has been providing medical support during the sporting event. Through this partnership, ISIC and the Paralympic Committee of India are working together to ensure that athletes receive clinical care, diagnostic services, and rehabilitation support designed for para-athletes.

According to the hospital, the partnership reflects its mission of restoring “hope and joy through clinical excellence” and its commitment to sports participation and rehabilitation practices. The hospital stated that the care model for athletes includes specialists from orthopaedics, neurology, spine surgery, physiotherapy and rehabilitation medicine working together to provide medical support for athletes.

ISIC also provides technology and facilities for athlete care. Its Sports Injury Clinic follows a recovery framework called the “Comeback Continuum,” which focuses on prehabilitation, injury prevention, recovery based on data, and performance monitoring. The hospital also uses diagnostic tools such as the TecnoBody Digital Movement Laboratory to conduct gait analysis and three-dimensional motion tracking for identifying injury risks and monitoring performance.

ISIC stated that it acknowledges the Paralympic Committee of India for the opportunity to participate in the New Delhi World Para Athletics Grand Prix 2026 and remains engaged in supporting the health, performance and long-term well-being of para-athletes participating in the competition.
