Manipal Hospitals has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Maharashtra to build a 350-bed multi-speciality Hospital at Nagpur. This important partnership being explored reflects the common aim to improve healthcare infrastructure and access in the area.
The proposed hospital will entail an investment of nearly ₹700 crore and is expected to create about 3,000 new jobs. The MoU was signed in Mumbai, and the Government of Maharashtra has promised to facilitate all permits, approvals and fiscal incentives necessary to complete this project in a time-bound manner. The hospital is scheduled to begin operations by 2029.

Additionally, the new hospital in Nagpur will offer an extensive range of specialised departments such as cardiology, neurology, orthopaedics, oncology services etc.
