Zyla Health expands personalised digital care model across Southeast Asia – Express Healthcare

Zyla Health, a digital healthcare management platform based in India, has announced its strategic expansion into new Southeast Asian geographies. The move follows its 2024 regional launch and growing adoption of its digital treatment solution for cardiometabolic conditions.

The company’s AI-powered platform is currently being prescribed by hundreds of doctors across Southeast Asia for patients managing hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidaemia, chronic heart failure, and other comorbidities. According to the company, the use of its digital solution has led to measurable changes in patient behaviour, increased activation, and improved health outcomes.

Zyla Health’s platform is built for scalability in international markets. Its patient management framework aligns with international coding standards such as ICD-10, LOINC, ATC, and CPT, supporting seamless integration with health systems worldwide. The platform’s AI-driven lifestyle intervention engine is designed to connect clinical conditions with evidence-based nutritional and behavioural interventions. These are further localised by regional care teams to match language, cultural context, and lifestyle practices.

Zyla reports high patient adherence and engagement in Southeast Asia. On average, patients interact with the app for 12 minutes daily. Approximately 75 per cent of users continue with the platform into their second quarter of care — a retention figure that surpasses domestic usage levels. Furthermore, over half of the users reported improvement in symptoms, suggesting clinical relevance of the personalised, AI-supported intervention model.

Khushboo Aggarwal, CEO of Zyla Health, stated, “Our mission is to deliver high-quality, personalised care to the farthest reaches of the globe. The initial success we have achieved in Southeast Asia demonstrates that with the right combination of technology, medical knowledge, and local customisation, we can facilitate meaningful and sustainable health outcomes worldwide. We are thrilled to now extend this revolutionary care model to even more parts of Southeast Asia.”
